We ship to all 32 counties throughout Ireland & Northern Ireland. We do not ship internationally.

Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are custom made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom or made-to-order items, except as outlined below.

Inspection & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, contact us at saundersonroad@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
